Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if the item does not meet these requirements.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us via email to let us know the reason for the return and to obtain a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be included with the returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item arrives safely.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If the item meets our return policy requirements, we will process a refund to the original payment method or exchange the item for a different product.

Please note that custom orders and personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the product or an error on our part.
